Administrative Assistant - Type, format, proofread, and edit documents using Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other computer programs. Assists in completion of forms and the retrieval and research of recorded documents. Maintain and update filing and data systems, both manual and electronic files. Computer entry/document filing includes scanning documents and uploading into network and internet-based data banks. Operate Office machines such as photocopiers, and scanners, facsimile machines, voicemail systems, telephones, and personal computers. Communicate with customers, employees, and other inidividuals to dissemate or explain information. |
